Guiding the future
Through its ongoing contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Iteris leads the development and evolution of the Architecture Reference for Cooperative and Intelligent Transportation (ARC-IT). It is used around the world to guide technical standards development and planning for integrated transportation systems.
ARC-IT provides a unifying framework that covers ITS comprehensively, including connected and automated vehicle technologies as well as traditional infrastructure ITS capabilities.
